I arrived at Geralds #7 in Summerville SC for the first time 15 minutes before they opened to get my tires rotated and balanced. There were 10 people ahead of me and I thought this is going to take awhile. The first thing I noticed was the friendly greetings by Gene Jones. He and his co-worker did a good job processing everyone. Although I had to also get two new tires, the work was done efficiently and much quicker than I thought! When I stepped out to find my car it was waiting at the door! It was easy to give them 5 stars because their service was great and I made an appointment to get my oil changed! I think I have found a new friend. :0=)

Trust Gerald’s! Dealer wanted to sell me a $200 tire because of a nail. Gerald’s said no need. $15 for repair and rotation! Thank you for your integrity, Gerald’s.
