I'm a long term member 15+ yrs. I'm happy with the services everytime I visit and I typically prefer this locafion. Today was different I'm not going to give a bad review based on one single bad day. I will however express my dissatisfaction and unapproval as to how I was treated.Tayla Ervin I believe is her name I'm not blaming her rather I am asking for your department leaders and supervisors to rectify the importance of quality and humble service. To everyone no one should be discluded. Your procedures and policies should never be to force money out of your client. You never know what troubles someone has. COVID happened almost 3 yrs ago yes alot of people are still impacted by this leaving us missplaced in the economy. Take the money I am willing to give and accept it as making an effort not being effortless. What's happening to civilization? Let's fix the problem not be a part of the problem. I will be writing a formal letter to a higher level. I drove 15 minutes away to another branch and was in and out no fuss zero hassle. Thank you Kiersten Dorchester location.
