Horrible experience! Scheduled a 1pm appointment for oil change, waiting on the vehicle at the shop. After 1 hour they still had not gotten to my vehicle. Man said appointment is just to create your place in line. At 3pm, after waiting for 2 hours, I just got my keys back and left. They didn't even bother to apologize for wasting my time. I will never give them my business again nor recommend them to anyone.

Walked in before noon on a Saturday. Woman asked if I had an appointment. I said it was for a tire repair. (Obviously a screw in my tire is not a PLANNED event.) I was told there was no way I could be helped because I didn’t have an appointment. They were not taking ANY walk-ins. Terrible service and customer retention. They have lost me as a customer.

If they don't answer they are probably in the shop doing something for another customer. I've been at the register and they have answered the phone so you probably just caught them at the wrong time.

I took mine in without an appointment and they were terrific! Got me back on the road safely and without a huge expense.
We have the NTB Credit Card that you can apply for that has instant response.
