I'd like to think Geralds is generally honest. That being said, after my outer tie rod end was replaced, the outer bolt clamp on the adjustment sleeve is missing. Put the car on ramps and that's when I seen it.

Years ago I had a brake job done at Geralds and they stood by their word. Several days after the repair I heard some noise and saw smoking. Took it back and they redid the entire job no questions asked.

No day is slower than any other. They're always busy, but just get there 10 minutes before they open and be one of the first few in the door.
