I towed my car over to the Midas on Trolley rd on Sunday then on Monday Mike called me to come get it. He said they couldn’t fix it because of the ECM and charged me $100.00 anyway. I said ok. Then on my way to pick it up yesterday, Mike said we close at 6. He had a bad attitude about that. Then I asked him if they could tighten the lug nut on the car he said they were busy and short handed. I got there there was no cars in the bay and people standing around. That’s what they call busy? Anyway I paid for the service that they didn’t do. Then Mike said this and that was wrong with it. Mike had a bad attitude and he didn’t care. If you have a bad day don’t take it out on your customers. Because customers actually keep you in business.
