I run into the same problem almost every month. I have to physically go inside and talk to someone. When I call they tell me that the Dr will call it in to the pharmacy that day and one point it took over a week of me calling every day
I don't know what you guys are talking about .He was nice to me and was interested in helping my pain rather than JUST pain medication .The man actually cares!
Legally they have to be called in within 24 hours.
I mailed a request to get my records 2 times I got nothing no reply. So when you request your records by mail. Get return signature so they can’t deny ever getting it. They seem like they care, until they drop the ball then it’s never their fault but no improvement ever. I’ve been a patient for years and years as a damn hostage. Office gets filthier every day. I recommend the men’s toilet and stall by the lab, someone post a picture?
