We ordered a ring and after waiting to receive it passed the original date. We call and were notified that the order was canceled. How hard is it to notify your customers their order was canceled because it not longer available? When asked for options to replace it we were told to go online. I was looking forward to it.

I went to pick up something for my husband and when I arrived, they were busy, but the lady that helped me had an attitude off the rip. I guess she thought I was lying about the order. I told her my name and she told me it wasn't on the receipt. I said wait one second, I found it in the email that it was confirmed with my name on it as the pick-up person. I showed her and she asked to see my license really rude and when she handed me my bag, I said thank you and she didn't say anything back. we all have bad days but if you're selling jewelry, you can't be rude to your customers. I'm just saying. My mother-in-law loves her necklace though so thank you for that.
