Their computer was down for over a week then their phone was down. They don't return your call when they say they will. They don't file your prescription when you pay $91 to be seen. Then they treat you like you did something wrong when they didn't do their job. I waited in there waiting room at least half a day every month to have to call and beg for them to file my prescription and lucky if they do. Been without medicine for weeks. This is ridiculous and inexcusable. Always wasted time And that's another thing they don't care about as long as they get paid then they don't do what they're supposed to. The doctor seems attentive and interested while he's in the room. That's the only good thing to be said about this practice. It's always long waits then begging for them to file your prescription and then waiting while they don't. If you want to be punished and ignored this is the right place for that. Ask any of their patients I expect you get the same response. New month over 3 hours to see P.A. The staff seemed disorganized obviously barely able to cope. This month appt. Friday never again as usual no prescription sent in. Out of meds before Monday. This should be illegal this is a Terrible place unless you like rude inconsiderate people not doing what they were paid to do. I requested my records by mail got no response with that either. If you request records get returned receipt signature certified mail. This is hopeless why wouldn’t they care? Today’s appointment May 18, in at 8:00 am out at 10:30 at least still am. Was wondering though, I pay you up front why all these imaginary balances? For shot's paid in cash for up front, remember your requirements at the front pay first everything not our fault

The doctor & staff are fabulous! They really seem to care about all my elmets. They have really improved in all areas, and seem to be getting better and better! I would recommend my doctor to everyone. I'm telling you, I had an awesome visit at the doctor's office yesterday! Everybody was on there game! Dr. O had must have had a heart to heart meeting with all his employees. All I can say is keep up the good work! 👨‍⚕️😷🙂

The office have great Doctors.The nurses are very friendly and always helping patients. PLEASE SEE CAN I GET MY MEDICINES RIGHT AFTER I LEAVE MY APPOINTMENT THAT WOULD BE GREAT BECAUSE I REALLY NEED IT 😃☺️
