Yes, you can bring cake! Lots of people do. I think you can reserve a table for birthdays.....service and food is always good. Been going there for years.

Sorry I do not speak Spanish. I believe you can reserve for a birthday not sure about cake as it may be a health concern and liability. Hope you find a better answer this place is great
