This particular gamestop is the shadiest gamestop I've ever been to. Between signing me up for digital preorders with no prior mention on an option to order a physical copy, to 20 minutes rants about upgrading my card, getting a protection plan, or actually just attempting to slip one in, I have never had a good experience here. This is why I just preorder on Amazon

This review is strictly for the guy who helped us on March 10th 2022 around 2 p.m. (long brown hair) he was so apologetic that another store told me wrong about a warranty & did everything he could possible do to make it right. He was extremely nice & very knowledgeable! He alone made the transaction enjoyable!

Gamestop itself is cool, but this location is horrible.. now anyway. Years ago there was a manager there for a long time, and he was absolutely amazing in every aspect! Now, all we have are extremely rude kids that have nothing but hate and attitude; it's horrible. I wish this location would shut down then they could build something better there to take that place. Also, the rude kid in particular that I want to point out is a white guy with brown hair in a small bun and a beard. I'll have to get his name and update this.

No it doesnt. You can sell any phone as long as it is yours and you know your password to unlock the screen and remove your ID in store.
