If you are New you would go on Wednesday before 12 ... only for New and make sure you have all your info.
They are very nice people they will help u
On Wednesday is for the ones thats in need/emergency only but I'm sure you can go by and sign back up take a DL and some kinda proof of were you located and the # of ppl in ur household.hope this was helpful! Good day!
