5/23/2022 - Arrived at 8:50 PM. The office was open. We entered and were told they would not provide care because they only had one provider on site. My child had an animal bite and needed care, but they refused to provide service and were told to go to the Emergency Room. We ended up finding another non-Atrium Urgent Care. The other Urgent Care provided care by cleaning the wounds and writing an Rx for antibiotics. I am incredibly disappointed in Atrium. The location says it is open until 9 PM, I expect care to be provided if I arrive before 9 PM. I contacted Atrium to complain. The practice manger emailed me that the location met their threshold for the day and therefore would not see my child.

Everyone I interacted with was polite. I walked in without scheduling an appointment online because my 18 month old son was very sick. They told us the wait would be 1.5-2 hours, but ended up being able to see us in 30 minutes. Jessica, Kristen and Peter assisted me and they were friendly and efficient.

Came here twice in a week because of no appointments available at the pediatrician office. I tried telling them my baby had an ear infection, they argued me up and down no. Took her back the same week, they kept saying it's red but no fluid. The next week she saw her pediatrician sure enough all the fussiness was from an ear infection.. I also asked for a cream because what she was gave didn't work and she was peeling her skin from eczema. The physician told me she couldn't give her any cream and to basically take it up with her pediatrician even though I told her she couldn't see them till the next week. They are sorry here!! Never again
