Has anyone else been charged a fee but was not provided supporting documentation as to why you have a fee? Oh, and then when you inquire...its due to a bunch of he said she said! No one in the officr can answer your question in a professional manner.

I know what you're talking about but this place does not do it. Trust me. I've lived at WAY worse places than this where they charge you for the DUMBEST stuff. I dont know how many other places you've lived but this place is great trust me.

The create charges out of thin air, if you plan on moving out document how you left it or they’ll find a way to increase a fine
