Why not have more worker on a holiday which offered $15 credit? I had to stand inline which was out of the office. There were only 2 behind the desk to handle a mob of people. There were many who turned away from your offer of $15. Looks nice.

Yes contact Tanger Outlets headquarters and report it to them. Different departments handle different parts of the place. However HQ can handle all issues.
