Went through the drive through, got the grilled chicken club asked for Ranch to be added to the sandwich, ordered two strip meals with fruit, no apples and Sunjoys. Asked for sauces, asked at the window to double check for sauces and didn't get any. Had to call the store for the sauces! No napkins given in the bag, and only 1 fork for 2 fruits sides. We understand your busy, but really? Even after we *asked* for your team to make sure the sauces were in the bag?!?

My meal was cold, so I turned around and ordered another, and that one was cold too. They even had me wait on the curb for my second order just for it to be subpar! I even asked for hot strips and fries and the order taker thought I meant spice instead of temperature. Je wasn't sure how to get that request to the cooks. I hope it'll be better next time.

I was honestly disappointed for the first time ever at Chick-fil-a the other day. I ordered online for curbside like many times before, and I have never really had to check the bag before because they give you sauce options and all that stuff on the app. I get to driving away from the restaurant to realize I didn't get a single straw (and ordered two drinks) and no sauces were in the bag. I know these things seem minuscule but it's expected more out of other fast food places. Usually chick FIL a is spot on. But what if I didn't have a straw at home? And sauces kind of amplify the whole experience. Is quality going down everywhere? Maybe. Thanks Biden. 😊
