if I was walking and stopped to take pictures would I get in anybody's way or is it spacious for other pedestrians??

It is very difficult to take pictures as the pedestrians way will be crowded. And the remaining half way is bike path.

Best thing is to pick your times, early morning was my best time,

I think, early in the morning is the best time to take pictures, as there are not to many tourists on the bridge. But even it is sometimes crowded you will get a chance to get beautiful images of the skyline.

I was there 3 weeks ago and had no issues stopping multiple times for pictures without getting in anybody's way.

wat would be a recommended time to go there for photos of the city?
