No you need an EZ pass to pay or you will just get a bill in the mail.
I believe the RFK bridge is booth-less. Meaning they'll send you a bill in the mail if you don't have an EZ Pass. Don't be alarmed, it's the new standard way of paying for tolls. Keeps the traffic flowing. EDIT: You should really consider grabbing an EZ Pass. It's honestly cheaper to drive with that and pay tolls with an EZ pass. You pay more if you don't have one.
