Newton couny dont have emissions dont need it
I kno they dont have emissions here but it was in a county that had to pass one and it didnt so i was told i cud get an extension on getting a tag for 30 days . I just bought the car from an individual and didnt kno anything about emit
It has to pass emissions. They can't give temps on vehicles that have not passed emissions.
