The food tasted good, and the fries were hot and fresh. The customer service was okay (the lady that took our order at the window was super nice). We didn't realize the $6 meal deal I ordered came with the "original" and not the "big" sandwich, and it only had 3 or 4 tiny slices of ham. There was more bread than there was meat. They replaced it for me with the big one, but I wonn't ever order that meal deal again due to how little it is (it is only supposed to come with the 4 small pieces of ham). Definitely go for the BIG hot ham & cheese, the mushroom and swiss, or the Frisco burger!! My top picks from Hardee's for sure.
