The lady I spoke with was very rude, I found out they had my lost dog. He was adopted by someone so she basically told me it was my felt that my dog went missing and they had him for 8 days. So I ask for the new owners information, I only had received their home address. So I call and ask if they had their phone # so I can call before random going to a strangers house. They said they couldn’t give it to me and again blaming me for my dog being adopted. She then rudely hung up on me, so I took a chance and went to the address where my dog was. Lucky enough for me the guy was very nice and thoughtful and gave me my dog back..

Everyone was very helpful and kind. The facility was very clean and the dogs seemed healthy and well taken care of. Keep up the great work folks, y'all are unsung heroes.

Guy on the phone was of no help at all. He would not even answer my questions because I am not a Newton county resident. I literally just needed any information because I am not familiar with the area or county. Advised by a neighbor that if I stepped across the street I would be in Newton county since Rockdale runs into Newton. Atlas, neither one of these counties are any help.

you would have to fill out an open records request for information like that. If you are missing a dog, the best thing to do is go in in person, make flyers, and post on social media.
$40 per puppy or dog, like $10 per kitten. Just give them a call to confirm
All County shelters euthanize, it is unfortunate, but it happens. There are low kill shelters. You need to look at euthanasia rate not if they put down. All places with animals put down, some just take their animals to a vets office and don't do it at their location, so they can claim to be no kill.
G0 to the shelter get papers fill it out, that what I did.
No they dont
A bigone 50 away for food an stay one night g
I know it's too late for you, but maybe someone else is wondering: paradox spay and neutering clinic is a bit further, but they charge much less than a regular vet.
Yes I got my puppy from here about 3 weeks ago. They even let you get to know the animals one on one and answer your questions as much as they can about the animal. And the staff was great
$100 for puppies. Mine was about 6months old when I got him and that's how much we had to pay
It was 100 to adopt they did all the shots and gave me a list of vets who did her first check up free
No it's 100.00
I paid $60, and it included vaccines, chip, and nuetering
@Traneah Ellerbee What size dog are you wanting to have adopted? I am looking for a "lap dog" who is friendly and loving. Thanks, Mark
There is someone who takes pot belly pigs from Newton county animal shelter, Give them a call and ask for his contact information, He may take them
Yes
Are they good with animals my mom told I can no longer have my dog and I’m pretty sad about but I understand he has to go it’s too much responsibility for me and I want him to be safe
I will board dogs appointments only
Some dogs are saved......and some are not. It depends upon the breed and temperament of the animal
You must go by the shelter and look at all cats
I believe so
Animal control or your local police
I know they pick up stray cats. Don't see why it would matter if it was a business or not?
Donate to a Hhumane Society or fiod fund for folks who need food for their pups. I am very sorry. My pup has lymphoma. ..newly diagnosed....I'll not let him suffer. Being treated at vet school.
Yes they helped
Yes
