I’ve been sitting in the drive through for 30 minutes. I’m still two cars from the window. This is ridiculous. Your staff should warn folks when your wait times are this bad. edit: I tried to respond to your reply, but no version of your reply email works. So, all you need to know is: on 10/6, from 8:05 to 8:45 I waited in the drive through for a fish plate. The line quit moving, no one got food, the doors were locked so I gave up and left. You need to tell the help to warn customers they’re not getting any fish anytime soon. Tape up a sign. Maybe staff more.

Been in the Drive Thru 45 minutes this is horrible.

Waited for over 30 minutes for my order and when I received it was barely lukewarm shells in my okra fish looks burnt portions were small front cashier left without pushing out all of the orders before just leaving letting four customers just waiting for food.
