Each season offers its unique beauty. I highly recommend Spring and Summer, but Fall is beautiful too. November through February is not the optimal time to visit but still worth a walk through.

The flowers were very beautiful a couple months ago when we went but I'm sure most are still pretty. Most any time would be good.
Not really..best time is around first week of Apr to end of May. And then around oct mid to nov mid but during this time fall colors make it look good but nit actual flowers on bridge.
Probably not as the majority of plants are seeing or summer blooming.
