Beautiful small class A RV resort. Our GPS went haywire once in the mountains and I was happy I took a screenshot of the resort’s directions beforehand. The resort and surrounding area is beautiful. We took the Lake Lure tour and climbed Chimney Rock.

Class A RV Resort in the Mountains of Western NC. This resort consist of 46 privately owned RV lots. Nestled about 1/2 mile from Rumbling Bald Resort. There is a farm stand right out front for fresh vegetables and Victory Kitchen Restaurant. Easy access for Chimney Rock, Asheville, and Hendersonville. Lots of new restaurants in Lake Lure to try out. You can rent through Rumbling Bald Resort and also some owners list lots for rent on FB and RVparkstore.com. If you rent through Rumbling Bald, you are charged a “resort fee” of $99 and get access to the resort. If you rent directly from an owner, you don’t pay the fee, nor do you have access for pool and beach on the lake. AT&T service is good and the WiFi is fair.

Class A only. From their site: "Your Class A motorcoach must be at least 32′."
It's designed for motor coaches. A lot of the sites are pull-in, not back in, which you can't do with a 5th wheel.
