My partner and I got bridge and septum piercings, respectively, from Vegetable. Vegetable was very kind and very thorough. Did a good job of making sure we were comfortable and informed about our options. Definitely would recommend. 10/10, will definitely visit again.

Rat city tat2 does not tattoo on anyone under the age of 18
No, everywhere in WA requires the legal guardian to be present and sign papers. If they don't have that as a requirement, don't go to them.
