Mother's do you suggest this neighborhood to be safe for children? Overall how do you like living here?

I live in the neighborhood and would not live here if my children were still at home. Lots of crime, always police and helicopters daily.

I don't live here, I applied for the last 2 bedroom back in February but lost out to earlier applicant..probably no openings because building is brand new so tenants will stay awhile.. I did live in that neighborhood a few years ago and it was OK.. Of course it's CCS district and I'm no fan of them. Lot of activity there; couple of shootings within a few blocks so be safe if you end up that way...
