unfortunately (0) stars was an option. would not recommend to anyone. when moving in carpet was still loose fit and extra cuttings were strewn across the floor. doors were still sitting on the floor as well and were not rehung. also, be aware as they tell you that you are responsible for rent and utilities but be aware of roughly $200 dollars a month of random charges that are for you to pay for the upkeep of the entire facility, and ones that dont even make sense. good luck getting ahold of anyone as it took 2 weeks to get my AC fixed, and it stopped working shortly after the "repair". be mindful also that the dumpster is often overflowing, and parking is hard to find after working hours. i hope this helps you make a more educated living decision.

First of all it’s infested with roaches , someone just got shot a couple weeks ago, it’s so ghetto, the property manager is very unprofessional. I do not recommend to live here!

Great place to live for the price. Lived here for 5 years, since the new management Heritage Hill took over in the fall of 2021, things were improved greatly. I moved out due to renovations. Management is easy to get a hold of, maintenance was fantastic. Great experience. Good area too, if you head east there's lots of shopping in Pickerington/Reynoldsburg.

Bobby or Bobbie however you spell it is rude. And her husband that she slaves around is rude as well . They live in same apartments and all they do is cause drama . I’m tired of hearing the MANAGERS husband pounding and screaming outside the door with barely any clothes on because the manager locked him out . There’s about 4 people that live in her small apartment with 2 dogs but want to talk about somebody else . Just ghetto.
