What are the hours? I got a late start on an hour walk the other evening and it had just turned 8pm when I got back to the parking lot. A ranger was checking out my vehicle and it looked like they were closing up. Are hours 6am-10pm?

I would say those are summer time hours. I'm sure it says at dusk for most state parks. Did he not tell you the times might change through out each season??

Based on the season, the park closes at dusk. They post the hours on a sign near the entrance.
