Always friendly and thorough! My dog doesn't like going to the vet, but they are very good with him and keep in mind that he is a service dog when making appointments.

I feel ripped off by Banfield. I made an appointment for an initial visit and there was no record of my online reservation even though I had a confirmation from them. The office person said Banfield has a "glitch" in their system. I was then charged 100.00 over my estimate. I will take my business elsewhere from now on.

Nice to have my dog cared at this pet hospital. Doctors and nurses here are friendly and care your furry friends. It is inside the Pet Smart store. While you are waiting, you can tour the store and pick up few treat or some accessories for your furry friends. Or enjoy the aquarium of fishes. They open on Labor Day! Over the years of services provided this Banfield Pet Hospital. I am still satisfied, and so the happy dog.👍🐕🐶. They moved to their new location now: 2859 Taylor Rd Ext Ste 8A, Reynoldsburg, OH 43068

No, but you can call us during hospital hours for urgent care advice. Depending on the situation, we can help provide a referral for urgent care, specialty providers, or to an emergency hospital. During non-hospital hours, please contact your local emergency hospital.

Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
