My mother was transferred to Kindred from High Point Hospital. Kindred has great doctors and staff that are very attentive to their patients overall well-being. Special shout-out to Bobby, Karen and Terri from the PT and OT teams for their patience and kindness. PT helped my mom get her strength back and Terri was kind enough to take my mom outside for a couple of minutes since she has been indoors for over 3 weeks. The respiratory team has been a great help with my moms trach care. The patient advocate is caring, the voice for her patients and a wonderful person in general. My mom has been here over a week and hopefully will get to go home soon!

My mom was recently at this facility and I can say I was very pleased. The nursing staff was great, helpful and very informative. They made sure my mom was comfortable. She loved talking to Ms. Ann while she was there. I'd like to thank you all for everything.

I am a patient at Kindred now. After a very bad experience at another place, I am so grateful to have been lucky enough to find the people caring for me now. I was terrified when I got here because of what happened before. They did not lose patience and worked to earn the trust they already deserved. If I could rate them higher I would ! The building is not in great shape but the care is what I am here for. I plan to write more later because patients need the care I am finding here! We also need somewhere to write about our experiences. They are healing my body and my ability to trust.Thank you Kindred! 8/8/2022 I am still a very grateful patient in the acute care section of Kindred Hospital in Greensboro. The care here continues to be at least 10 stars. The OT and PT is carefully designed to my specific needs and is making it possible for me to improve in ways I had almost given up on. The food is very good and they tailor my meals to continue to heal my intestinal problems. Thank you Kindred for gathering people who care about and for us, your patients. 8/9/22 I need to say that my care givers and medical care are truly a blessing. The CNAs give each of us so much time and gentle care both day and night. Our doctor is here almost everyday even though it is not expected at this level of care. My nurses have been outstanding. I am grateful to have family that come so far to visit. When they cannot come, I have learned to genuinely care about the people caring for me here. The director is nicknamed “ Mama Cassie” because she spends time everyday checking on her staff and her patients. I am trying to give people some idea of how special this place is compared to the other place I went. I wish I had found Kindred when I was released from the hospital into an LTAC.I am now in the level below LTAC and I am improving a little bit everyday! This is what we all pray for! 8/15/22 I have to thank my wonderful PT therapist, my attentive nurse and my conscientious doctor. My insurance company did not want to cover a medicine that was helpful in healing a what had been a severe problem. My team of health care people worked to find a different medicine. When that proved impossible, they worked to have the helpful medication re-approved. I continue to be impressed by and grateful for how diligently I am cared for. The problem is abating and I am beginning to improve again. Thank you! 8/18/22 I have to say thank you to the kitchen. They try very hard to accommodate my diet for every meal. I truly appreciate the lovely woman who comes to my room to tell me the choices available and take my orders. She has been here as a CNA for 19 years and is now working part time. When keeping staff is difficult everywhere, Kindred has a staff that has been here for a long time. As a patient, it is comforting to know who is caring for you. I am crazy about my PT and OT care! They helping me continue to improve my ambulation skills which helps me move towards being independent. They give me hope. 9/2/22 I am continuing to become stronger while working with The truly helpful and enthusiastic team of PT and OT who work together helping me! I have just tried the recumbent bike yesterday! I can not believe I can walk down the hall with my boot and walker much less ride the bike in the boot! They never give up on me or allow me to. I am working towards becoming strong enough to walk with out having someone with me. That will be my independence day! They have also continued to help me heal my pancreas with the food sent by the kind people in the kitchen!

No, it's a Hospital only. Sorry.
No ER.

That sounds correct. Then patient will have to move to a term facility
8am-8pm
no its not they do not take care of the patients nor do they care what happens to them. They treat them very poorly there and it is very unsanitary
