I called this establishment and inquired about getting my wiper blade motors replaced and oil change. I was told by the receptionist Cary that I was not able to make an appointment and would have to leave my car for three days until they had time to get to it. I asked why and I was told “we don’t do that here.” It was an odd and dismissive conversation…I felt like because I wasn’t asking for any major repair work that my car would be put on the back burner. Red flag. Update to managements response or AKA Cary the receptionist: I did not ask for same day service, please do not lie on me. I asked if I could bring my car on Tuesday morning since you stated that is when a mechanic would be available. You totally dismissed me. Even your response on here in reply to my review was rude and nasty! Keep showing your true colors and pushing away paying customers.
