Really like Randy and he is usually very good. This particular visit was for a tire balance on some bigger tires and they were not able to fix the issue. I called someone else who has better equipment for this and although they haven’t done it yet they are confident that they can correct the issue. I’m hoping they offer to rebate the money I was charged or apply it to my next service because when I called they did not offer to do anything. All my other repairs in the past have been a better experience.
