Great down home friendly business. Wonderful old wooden boats. Make sure you retie your crab weights by yourself. Ok, I went back to whale creek marina today, with seven family members (for three of them it was their first time crabbing, including a 9 year old young lady)... Got two boats, went out for two hours and got a dozen blue crab keepers and many we put back. Weather, the boats, the folks at whale creek were all perfect. Great day! Strongly suggest the crabbing adventure at least once. Went home and cooked and cleaned them, made crab dip, and crab cakes (crab meat, fresh dill, salt, pepper, little lemon juice, mayo, a little old bay, coated with smashed Ritz crackers, fried in butter).

Trigger fish have small mouths and are found in deeper water on wrecks. Could've been an oyster cracker but not sure without photo. Good luck.
6 am and some do. Extra $10
Boat slip space is limited. Tough to get to intercoastal water way at low tide.
