The facility is very large extending a long way out into the water, it's also very close to a historical airport site that was used in world war II. The facility carries a haul out area and there are also maintenance and repair service. The facility is well secured with a 24hr manned security staff.

This place is pretty poorly run. The bathrooms are dirty and not stocked. The docks are old. There is a parking issue. Generally, this marina is ripe for someone coming and buying it and improving it.

Yes they have pleanty of livaboards, Iv seen several livaboards, people living on small sailboats is pretty common. Your allowed to live on city owned property. I dont understand your question. Therers at least 30 livaboards and probually alot more already there, and comming this winter they will accept more, all kinds of people its not that bad, if you dont mind horse gost, with all the buried radiation burried at Dead Horse Bay leaching out of the ground and into the water, I wouldnt eat the fish or the beach plums, its all very toxic.
It's per foot the cost. $95 to 105 a foot. But electricitity and water included. There's free parking 24 hour security. Bathrooms and showers. And a little general store . See Sergio he's the Manager.
