They didn't change the oil filter when they changed my oil and they didn't change my rotors when I paid to have them done and they only changed the brake pads. Scam artists!

Do not need oil change just engine coolant change. Can this be done? How much does it cost?

When you do an oil change, do you check and top off all fluids? Brake fluid, steering fluid, washer fluid etc? Is there any extra cost or is that part of the oil change.
