This company is just a middle man if you need any actual help with a scale or to return a product be ready to come out of pocket for huge restocking fees and their communication is not very consistent.

Have ordered from them a few times over the years. Orders were drop-shipped from the manufacturer (A&D) and arrived within 3-5 days. It would be great if they would send a shipping confirmation, that is my only gripe. Excellent prices too, at least for what I buy, plus free shipping & no tax unless you're in NY.

Their website says in stock and ships in 24 hours, I placed the order, its been 4 weeks and they are still staying thats its going be another 1-2 before it gets shipped out. Multiple messages to customer service and just get a brief canned response “will be another 1-2 weeks”. I will probably cancel my order and order from somewhere else
