They will do the best they can, but the park is basically full January, February and March. They Can't guarantee you will get the one you want, but might be able to move you during your stay if a different spot becomes available.
Until winter comes. Most of the snow birds have had the same spot for years and put a deposit for their spot.

This is a busy, popular park in the Winter season. It is often booked, but you should call to check. There are a lot of folks that find a site for a few days. Most spend the Winter. Once you book for a season, you can reserve for the next season in your site and also get on a waiting list for 3 other sites. A terrific park to make friends.
Honestly I have no idea but we stayed there for 2 days and it's just like an RV parking lot we barely had enough room to open our awning we have a class A
