The place is horrible they raise the rent every year no amenities laundry room is a disaster I have found blood and other bodily fluids and the laundry maintenance man no one knows who he is I've never seen him work on anything 80% of the time the dryers in the washer stonework everybody is accessible to the laundry room it's a passage for homeless people to dig through the trash cans there's three exits that have no gate so vehicles from anywhere go through the property at high speeds end of the children that are playing out on the street are not safe whatsoever because of these drivers that don't belong in the park go through the park just to have a shortcut to one of the main streets I definitely do not recommend this place

Quiet and Safe, beautifully maintained property with very responsive management. Property manager Tracy quickly had her handyman in to address all of the items on my punch list and had my stove replaced with a beautiful new one. Location is so close to everything: grocery stores, home stores, the mall, the gym, and University of Arizona to name a few. Also great location for quick access to the Catalinas and Mt. Lemmon

I literally do not know how Tracy is still the manager!!! She is horrible to deal with! I agree with all the other post she is rude and makes up rules as she wants! Her power trip needs to be stopped or no one will want to live here. The owners really need to pay attention to what she is doing.. Would give zero stars if I could!

A “Diamond In The Rough”! After spending weeks looking for a place for Mom all over Tucson, we were very impressed driving through this community for the first time. It is so clean and organized that my wife and I literally decided this would be Mom’s home before even seeing the trailer we were looking to buy. Tracy (the Community Manager) is on top of her game, knows all the policies, laws, and anything you need to know when purchasing a home in any of her communities, she returned calls quickly, is very friendly and professional, and guided us through our home purchase, she literally changed the way we looked at trailer parks. She has even gone out of her way to help Mom on a few occasions! We are so glad we found this place for Mom and can go to sleep at nights without having to worry about her safety... THANK YOU TRACY
