I had a fantastic experience staying at Rincon East! I got there as most of the tenants were leaving (mid-March) but everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming even though I was “underage” (they made an exception due to being a travel nurse) The pool/spa/showers and bathrooms are not exceptionally clean. The laundry room was very nice as well! Office staff were exceptional and very helpful with accommodating any requests you had! Highly recommend!

Resonable rates for a stop over. Tim the manager/maintenance guy was really Great. He guided us into an end spot that wasn't simple. Very good experience with management. Nice concrete pad for getting in/out.

RV month of January cost $815 plus electric. Higher per month in February and March. Cheaper per month if rent long term.
