We are new in town, travel nursing. I looked up several vape shops in the area. This one had good reviews so I decided to check it out. The gal was super nice (didn't catch her name.) I asked for a specific juice to be made that she has never heard of. I had looked up the ingredients online, It's called 555. She did a great job mixing it and it's almost exactly what I was looking for. Was highly impressed being as she had never heard of it nor made it before. I certainly will be returning. Even told my brother and sister in-law about this shop who live 5 hours away. They have also been looking for 555. They are planning on coming down to get some made too! Walked in to buy some juice and a battery. I was told they can only sell batteries as a pair. I got a 60 mil bottle and the 2 batteries and it came out to just over $50. I asked how much the batteries were and she said $25 for the pair! $12.50 a battery?? Really!! No thanks i told her...and continued to buy the juice. Get home and was kinda excited to try out the coconut cream pie flavor i had....zero flavor. Definitely save your money. If your going to spend $25 on a 60 mil bottle of juice....get a national brand. Much much better. Atleast they have flavor in them. Whole bottle of juice in the trash

Thank you for responding. I'm sorry you had a bad experience. We don't carry Smok products because we had major problems with them. Everything from bad coils that only last a week or 2 or didn't work at all to mods shorting out and tanks that leaked like sivs. If there was an employee that was rude to you I don't accept that kind of behavior. If you can provide a name or description of the employee and what store you were in I will look into it immediately. Also on the Smok issues I even have vendors that recommend me not to purchase them because Smok won't take returns on products that don't work. I only want to put products on the shelf I can rely on and be able to have a 30 day warranty. With Smok I simply can't do that. Again, my apologies.
