Wish Google had a NEGATIVE star amount. (Probably will suggest that feature). This place is horrible just like the rest of banner, unfortunately it's the only urgent care that is close to me and takes my insurance so I am stuck using banner for urgent care. Anyhow, when you walk in you're NOT greeted professionally or friendly. Instead I received YOU NEED A MASK. Then she called my daughter "HE". Then still no greeting just commands. She insisted my daughter wear a mask but I firmly told her she is disabled and won't keep one on. After all the military style dictatorship in checking in there's the Banner patented wait time. So after a while I just left.

I took my daughter in because she had a fever of 103 for 2 days and a bad sore throat and ear aches. They tested her for flu and strep which came back negative. They then tested her for covid but sent out to the lab and said she would here by that evening the results. 3 days later and still no results. They said she was fine and sent her home. So I took her to a different Urgent Care the next day. They gave her the same three tests but this time it was a rapid test for covid and she tested positive. They gave her a prescription for her ear aches. Consistently poor care and better. We will never be going there again.

I made an appointment online and was seen with no problem. I am extremely impressed with the quality of care I received. The Dr. went out of her way to make sure that my medical needs were met. The atmosphere was warm and friendly. I hope I never need urgent care again but I would definitely return to Banner. This is what healthCARE looks like.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the facility. I did have an appointment and due to Covid had about an hour wait. The nurse and doc. we’re kind and caring. I appreciated them and told them so. We all need to be kind to our front- line hero’s and express our appreciation to them.
