Postman has the worst attitude I've ever encountered. He never wants to take our mail and resorts to intimidation tactics all because of his laziness. Forgive me but is that no longer a service? It's a simple one ounce envelope.

Workers are teamsters so they (get it done). Stellar service and to satisfy tech cravings they have several machines where you can buy stamps, weigh packages or print a label. Gift cards and stamps are available for purchase inside. Many decades long employees work here and familiar faces and voices. The wait here at times is non-existent or 15-20 deep on the weekends, if you time it right its optimal on non Friday/Holiday periods. Notice Eagle mural and cleanliness with ample parking. PO Boxes are offered here. Passport services offered—-see photo---Hi Belen and Marc! Service has improved. Delivery has been accurate for the last seventeen years. I am grateful for carrier Philip. The Federal Government and teamsters are awesome! Still on time, rain or shine. You can inquire about packages that were too big for your P.O. Box. First Class stamps are .58 at the time of this update.

Absolutely horrible and lazy postman, the guy who delivers down Laurel Ave for a normal route is absolute garbage. I'd rather use a carrier pigeon than to have this lazy person delivering mail. He has an extreme attitude and will call you names because he needs to walk two feet to the mailbox because a vehicle is in his way. This is why USPS is a failing organization and why I never send mail through them. DHL, UPS, FEDEX, Amazon and Carrier Pigeons are all better alternatives. USPS needs to go.

Hold Mail Service is not working at this USPS office. I filled up a hold mail form at this office before I took a vacation but the mail had been delivered every day to my mail box. Luckily my neighbor picked up my mail since I told him to do so in case. What's the purpose that I had to stop by to fill out that form if they would not to do that? The office management should shake up to do a better job.

Make sure the city of Brea was notified of the additional suite once the permission gets approved the city will notify the postal service, that will be the only way to update the address on the postal network.

You should run a tracer on the letter, Google missing mail USPS and it should send you to where you can fill out a form requesting a trace on the letter.
Money orders can only be purchased with a debit card
No, it can only be media items. Notes and the such get removed during transit.
You can do it online or go to a local post office and request a vacation hold
