Don't bother going for your toddler. We've tried to walk in and get my son seen 3 separate times only to be told that the provider on call recommends we go to the ER. Apparently diagnosing and treating an ear infection is beyond whatever doctors work there. 2 of the 3 times we were specifically sent to this urgent care by my sons pediatrician and still they won't see him.

Father with recent knee surgery was forced to wait in the vehicle, after already walking to the door, because of a cough. I tried to explain the knee surgery and that we had taken a recent Covid test that came back negative but they would still not let us in. No place to sit but try to move the car closer. No ADA parking spots in the lot at all for the urgent care and physical therapy.

Worst experience ever. Took them 3 days to send the prescription order in. During those three days I called multiple times and got little to no information on the update. If you want to get better quicker stay away from the urgent care.

The waiting room was very clean and the woman at the front desk was pleasant. Less than a 5 minute wait to get to a room and be seen by the Medical Assistant (who was very friendly). I saw Leonard, NP, after my test results came back, and he was knowledgeable, efficient and quick. In and out in under 30 mins. Great experience!
