Me and my fiance purchase a 5th wheel from a family friend. The 5thwheel is in a lot at pima and swan RV park. Before we made the purchase my fiance and family friend spoke with the then office manager and the new owner's of the park. Everyone was under a verbal agreement that Corey (my fiance) and I could keep the 5thwheel and take over lot rent and we were to fill out a application. We did as asked purchase the 5th wheel filled out the application paid the application fee turned it in. A couple of weeks went by and then we were served with a 10 day vacat notice. The new owner's are dirty and up to no good. We are working on getting the 5th wheel moved an having to come up with moving cost plus the holidays and now are truck to tow this is broke the radiator fan fell into the radiator.. just a heads up if the owners are thinking we are going to leave and abandone are home. So they can have it fix flip it think again.. The people my neighbors they are awesome. Great community bad owner's.

This nice and cozy RV park has no overnight stays, the minimum rental time is one month. Brian is a very friendly and helpful manager. He helped us out, beyond expectations. The bad reviews are from people not living here or people not liking the rules that are there for everyone's comfort and safety. See you next time Brian!

I did not live there myself but frequently visited a friend. The manager that took over the park, well let's just say he's not well. After evicting my friend with a 10-day no cause notice and claiming he did not need a reason to make him leave I found out that he also evicted another disabled tenant on the same day with a 10 day no cause letter. Two people with disabilities evicted with a 10 days to find a new place to live, seemed a little harsh to me. I later found out that he cut down all of the beautiful oleanders in front of the park because "the bad guys were hiding in there". My friend paid his rent on time every month and was a quiet tenant. In fact I've noticed the only good reviews on here for this place were from his girlfriend who also lives there. Other than that the spaces are small and there are much better places in Tucson to park your trailer, where you will not be under surveillance and questioned when you take out the garbage. The manager says the cameras everywhere are for safety, yet I can recall one night when he was shooting off his gun at what I can only guess was a figment of his imagination. The cops came and I'm not sure what happened with it, but I would not advise going to this place for a retreat. Very likely that you may get shot by the manager.

Been here 2 years. Seen management change 3 times and owners change twice. Was great when I first got here. Since I first moved in I've had a tree trimming service get on my RV w/o my permission put a palm sized hole in my roof and then leave w/o telling me. (Thank goodness for neighbors) And my propane tank had been stolen recently from off my rig. Now newest manager is running tenets off property, waking people out of their sleep, insisting people park a certain way "90° angles" to suit his OCD, O yes and now they lock the bathroom/facilities room so you can only get in and use during certain hours AND they have cameras posted right outside the bathroom! If I could give 0 stars I would. I am currently looking to get out of this hell hole of a place. Do not stay here unless it is the only thing you can afford. New update, now my vehicle had been towed while I was asleep while it was parked in it's designated parking spot! I will be gone from here within days. Anywhere else is better then putting up with the harassment and shadiness that Brian the current manager at the park and Rocky the manager at PacWest properties who owns this place now work under. DO NOT TRUST THEM! (Do yourself a favor and just keep driving past this place. It will end up costing you more in grief then any money you might save going elsewhere.)
