While the main entrance has a large outdoor staircase, there are also grade-level entrances at both short sides of the building. Accordingly - aside from - (1) several courtrooms at the north end of the 4th floor, up some steps from the elevator-accessible level; and (2) the lawyer's library reading room and upper stacks; I believe the balance of this 11 floor courthouse is wheelchair friendly.
