Late response to subpoena. No one takes responsibility, refuses to provide name, phone number or location. Instead, they direct you to email a general inbox and wait. No stars here.

If they had a zero, I would have selected that. I have asked this company numerous times to stop my registered agent service. I have called on the phone, sent USPS correspondence, and have filed with the BBB New York today. If you were any kind of reputable business you would stop sending invoices for a service that you were told was no longer needed or wanted. But, you probably aren't a very reputable business since your shyster tactics are used to collect money from services of which you are not performing. Typical New York tactic, always trying to rip the small businessmen off by sending threatening letters. Have fun with your negative Google Review as I hope you receive more 1 star ratings. Hope a lot of people have a chance to read about your unethical company.
