How do I speak with someone in the US and not in the Philippines? My father is diabetic, is on dialysis and because emblem and Medicare said the mailing address i provided has caused his insurance to cancel. He has never moved out of NY and I don’t know how else to explain that. We called in back in March to confirm the address over the phone. I need help!!!!!

Horrible insurance company! Ridiculously low reimbursement for doctors. Claims are often processed incorrectly.

I left EmblemHealth a private message as indicated by the representative who replied to my complaint. Please check it. Please review my previous complaint. I called EmblemHealth customer service Lisa and spoke to a supervisor named Charm. Lisa disconnected the call. Charm claimed she tried to help me. Charm disconnected the call instead of transferring me to the transportation department. Charm and Lisa did a terrible job and didn't complete the task of assisting me. My health was jeopardized by Pamela, the front desk person at Dr. Assadi's office. I emailed her several times, told her about my swollen feet, and called and instructed her directly that I was unable to walk and needed a car referral since Friday, July 15, 2022. Jessica (at the front desk) informed me today that Pamela is out of the office this week and didn't do the referral. It is very disappointing for me that Pamela is not taking her patients' care seriously, and I will request that the doctors alert her.

I am currently on workers comp. for a bilateral knee injury. If I settle I loose workers comp. coverage. Does GHI Pick up the coverage for this knee injury

Your insurance company will pick up but any third party settlements that you obtain then they will demand reimbursement for all monies spent on that specific knee injury.

On hold yeasterday for 5 hours - cannot get through to customer service. Ongoing issue since June, very frustrated - horrible customer service (lack of). Yet quick to take my premium the first to the month.
