If there is a phone number on her summons letter, call it and let them know about her condition. Or you write a letter to the address stating her condition. Hope that helps!

you can request an exemption, but there is technically no upper age limit.

I lost my jury summons, which as I recall was for late October 2019. How can I get another one? And does it matter that I am 79 years old?

There's a phone # on the mail letter requesting the person to serve. Call that# and see what they tell you in reference to your question. Hope this helps.
