They also have a dessert buffet and dinner buffet at the View lounge. The restaurant is upscale, the lounge is casual.

Yes but drinks and appetizers only in the Lounge. You can ask to wait there if your table is not ready. But IMO, don't get an appetizer as the amount of food you will get is RIDICULOUS
