If we want to take a drink on The View, How much it would cost?? And what is the best time to go if we want to see the sunset??

Drinks are pricey ($8 to $20) but the view is wonderful. Just as Goole what time the sun sets in NYC for the date you want.

There is a lounge side for the View and Restaurant side. The lounge is casual and has cocktail drinks in $16-18 range. They also have a dessert buffet and full buffet. $21 and $40 respectively. The restaurant in upscale for dining and prices run higher for the dinner course. Great views of the city during the day and night. The lounge doesn't require reservations and isn't usually full. Weather apps will often display sunrise or sunset, but a google search for sunset in NYC will offer the best time. I recommend arriving 30 minutes before suset so you can see the transition. It makes the view better.

Their drinks are a little pricey

I spent $16 for a glass of red californian wine when I went for dinner. Best time for sunset after 8 p.m.
