If they are doing that, start calling their corporate office in San Antonio. They do respond. But recooking items is not suppose to be done. Have never eaten at that one, and have never had that problem at the others.
Just ask for fresh French Frys when you go anywhere you eat I always do and I always ask no salt on the Frys and if I want salt I just grab a small packet of salt
I've only been to this one two times and both were very good. I would ask for a manager and let them know your issues and hopefully they can help. If it happens again I would suggest going to a different Whataburger. The one on Lindsay is always fresh!
I am a manager in another take out establishment and I agree with other suggestion... Advise management...they will put a stop to it and make. It right for you. Customers giving feedback is encouraged always.
I worked at whataburger. Just ask for fresh chicken & fresh fries. We don't recook our foods and if someone is doing that then it needs to be brought to the managers attention. We have a 3 minute hold time on fries but when we are busy they can get cold quickly while waiting to be bagged/trayed. Our chicken has a longer hold time in the hot trays. So don't be afraid to ask for fresh. Check your fries at the window & if they aren't hot give them back & ask for fresh. We don't mind. 😊
